Wokingham Festival
Travel and maps
Wokingham Festival takes place on Cantley Events Field, just outside Wokingham Town Centre in Berkshire.
Car
We have somewhat limited parking at the festival site, so while we can accommodate a reasonable number of cars, to enable easy access for those who need it, we encourage you to walk or use public transport to get the festival if you are able.
Please note that Sat Navs sometimes get confused when directing you to a field so it is best to use Wokingham Theatre’s postcode which is RG40 5TU, but turn right into the festival field as soon as you turn off Twyford Road (it’ll be well signposted), rather than continuing on to the theatre itself. If you use What Three Words the entrance gate is at richer.puts.tuned
If using a Sat Nav, please check you are being taken to the entrance on Twyford Road - it’s the only way for Ticket Holders to gain access to the Festival. You can click on the map here to access Google maps for directions.
Rest assured the entrance will be clearly signposted with friendly volunteers on hand.
Parking spaces close to the entrance gate are available for the disabled - just ask one of our friendly volunteers when you arrive.
Walk
If you are walking, you may need to walk around the fenced perimeter of the festival site to get to the entrance gate, depending on where you enter Cantley Park.
