The majority of missing ticket queries are because an Order Confirmation has gone to spam / junk, or couldn’t be delivered due to problems with the email address. To make sure the same doesn’t happen to our reply your your enquiry, please check your spam folder (and mark the message as Not Spam if you find it, to prevent it happening again), and also add “sales@wokinghamfestival.co.uk” to your contacts list.
